Call The Police

In an effort to move past Corny's Mariah Carey obsession, I thought we could talk about some music. A reunion, in fact. As you may know, word came down that The Police are finally set to reunite at the Grammys on 2/11, with a tour planned for the summer.

Are you excited? Personally I've always dug The Police much more than Sting's solo stuff, but let's hear what YOU think...

I've heard it's Sting who's obsessed with Mariah Carey. The Police reunion is his desperate attempt at impressing the pop diva, so he can have tantric sex with her.

"not corny," you are a very funny guy. When Sting first when out on his own, I wasn't all that crazy about his music. I like it better now, but I have always LOVED The Police. I remember standing in the parking lot at Shea back in the 80's trying to scalp tix, but no good. Anyway, can I say that I would HAPPILY have tantric sex with him? But his wife probably wouldn't like it.

I actually think that since the breakup of The Police, Mr. Sumner has become somewhat of an arrognat blowhard.

O.K., on the outside I'm a thoroughly modern woman, but inside beats the heart of a totally 80s girl. My friends & I roasted in Veterans Stadium, Philly, at an all day concert where The Police headlined (preceeded by Madness & Joan Jett). Fights, smuggled items, and music beyond our rockin dreams make this day one of the best I've ever had.
Needless to say, I'm thrilled they're back.
